This project required the evaluation, programming, and reallocation of all services in the existing University Union facility including accommodation for 20 independent student, faculty, university and community departments and programs. In addition to this extensive renovation, three separate additions were added to accommodate the requirements of all that use the facility. 

 

The requirements of this project involved the integration of the normal student service amenities (food service, commons, bookstore, lounges, ballrooms, recreation, bank/ATM, post office) as well as the integration of independent office suites for student, faculty, administrative and alumni service areas including alumni relations, career planning and placement, faculty senate, an international student center, department of cultural affairs, student government association and department of university facilities.
