Originally built in the early 1980’s the worn, dated and over-used church required an aesthetic update. Initially  started as a “paint & patch” it quickly became evident that significant restoration was required due to serious structural and mechanical flaws  discovered in early investigations. 

 

As a negotiated design-build project the collaborative efforts of the entire team were instrumental in the initial stabilization and subsequent design investigations and reconstruction. In addition to  restoration work the original church, narthex and fellowship areas were reconfigured to add seating, integrate the baptistry into the church and maximize utilization of the adjacent fellowship space (The Mulligan Room) into the weekly worship experience.
