Through a series of programming workshops, a written program with a site analysis, feasibility study, and financial models was provided. As a result, three major areas of concern were identified: provide a new identifiable entrance and spacious foyer; remodel the current Sanctuary; and provide additional Christian education space.

Conceptual floor plans, elevations, and three-dimensional models were created to address these areas of concern and communicate the design for the project. Several congregational presentations of the drawings were made at various phases of completion to ensure good communication with concerned neighborhood groups and church members to facilitate fund-raising efforts.
