An empty lot overlooking beautiful Lake Quivira at Lake Quivira, Kansas is the setting for this unique custom private residence. The owner’s desire was a “Prairie Style” interpretation with an emphasis from the southwestern states. Besides the basic living quarters, the residence boosts art gallery space, home offices, home theatre and access to the boat house on the lake. One especially unique feature on the grounds is the Infinity Pool.

Significant challenges included accommodating this 10,000sf residence with patio, pool and spa on a 1/3+ acre pie shaped lot that sloped 50’ in elevation from the SW corner to the NE corner.
